Prices

Prices are per person, including our ¾ board package, with a minimum stay of three nights.
There is a 10% surcharge for short stays of 1-2 nights.

Early bird discounts!

Take advantage of our early bird discounts at Chalet Tianes.

Summer Holidays: 5% discount for stays between May and October when booked and deposit paid by 30 March.
Winter Holidays: 5% discount on stays from Christmas to Easter if booked and deposit paid by 31st October.

Pets policy

Dogs are welcome at €20 per day (food not included). Please note that pets are not allowed in the restaurant or wellness areas.

Tourist tax

Please note that from 1 January 2014, a local tourist tax of €3.50 per person per night will apply to all guests aged 14 and over staying in South Tyrol.

Reductions apply for children sharing the 3rd or 4th bed in a room/suite

0 – 1,9 years = €30 per day
2 – 7,9 years = 50% discount
8 – 13,9 years = 30% discount
from 14 years and for additional adults = 20% discount

Check-in & check-out

Rooms are available from 15.00 on the day of arrival. Rooms must be vacated by 11.00 on the day of departure.
Subject to availability, a “late check-out” is possible on the day of departure, with prices provided on request.

Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of written confirmation and a deposit of approximately 30% of the total booking value by bank transfer or credit card.

Cancellation policy

Although we do not offer a statutory right of cancellation under consumer protection legislation, we do offer the following cancellation terms:

Cancellation up to 1 month before arrival = no charge
30-8 days before arrival = 70% of the booking price
7-0 days before arrival = 100% of the booking price
In case of early departure or late arrival: 100% of the booked but unused days.

Südtirol Alto Adige Guest Pass

Upon completion of the accommodation contract, the Südtirol Alto Adige Guest Pass/Mobil Card (consequently Guest Pass) will be issued to the guest, which according to the decision of the South Tyrolean regional government No. 732/2022, is valid for the entire duration of their stay as well as from 0:00 on the day of arrival unto 24:00 on the day of departure.
The Guest Pass includes the use of all public transport within the “südtirolmobil” network area as well as additional services, which vary depending on the tourism organization. Detailed information can be found at: suedtirol-guestpass.info
The sole entity carrying the Guest Pass in South Tyrol is the Mobilitätskonsortium, appointed as the unified coordination point in accordance with the above decision of the South Tyrolean regional government by the Provincial Association of Tourism Organizations of South Tyrol on November 16, 2022.The details of the additional services associated with the Guest Pass and the conditions of use of the Guest Pass are communicated by the third party responsible for issuing and managing the Guest Pass.
