A morning hike to the Tschafon mountain refuge or taking a bath in the forest.

The events will be held every week in the villages of Dolomites region Seiser Alm and are suitable for both adults and teenagers.

Morning hike to the Tschafon mountain refuge with mountaineer breakfast

During the guided hike from S. Cipriano to the Tschafon mountain hut with Egon, a breathtaking view of the surrounding Dolomites awaits you. In the cozy family-run Tschafon mountain refuge you will enjoy a special mountaineer breakfast with regional products.

Monika Malfertheiner is a professional and dedicated InnerFitness®, Five Tibetans® and health trainer who is working with aspects of Nature Response®. During her sessions, she aims to impart a conscious awareness of body and spirit in relation to nature to her participants.

Ruth Rieder is a certified neuromental trainer, burnout prevention coach, expert in Alpine forest bathing, and nature and outdoor instructor. In her blend of mental training and outdoor exercise, she combines adventure with relaxation and provides precious advice on how to gain greater balance.

Adelheid Plattner is fascinated by the age-old skills of our forebears in bringing wellbeing, health and vitality into our everyday lives. She honed her knowledge and skills during her training as a herbal expert and teacher and bud specialist, and enjoys sharing her expertise through seminars, workshops, herbal hikes and courses.

Rudi Brunner is a dedicated runner and mountain sports enthusiasts. He has won, amongst other, the 2010 Vienna half marathon, and is also a trainer for endurance sports and performance diagnostics, orthopaedic technician and leader of running groups. Rudi will accompany and supervise runners from beginner level right through to advanced.

Egon Zuggal has set himself the goal of spreading joy and sport. As a sports group leader, Functional Fitness trainer and outdoor sportsman, giving people lasting memories through healthy movement in the open air is particularly dear to his heart.
