All prices are meant per person, with ¾ board, and a minimum stay of 3 days.

On the day of your arrival, your rooms will be available starting at 3:00 p.m. On the day of your departure, we request that you please vacate your rooms by 11:00 a.m.
Late Arrival – Premature Departure:
In the event that you arrive late or depart prematurely, 70% of the booked but unused price of your holiday stay will be charged to your account.
Confirming your reservation:
Your reservation is considered valid after you have submitted your reservation in writing and made an advance payment of about 30% of the total. You can make advanced payment either by means of a bank transfer or by credit card. We recommend that you obtain travel cancellation insurance.
Cancellation conditions:
Generally speaking, the relevant E.U. norms regarding the cancellation of hotel reservations apply.
Cancellation policy:
cancellation till 30 days before arrival = free
cancellation from 30 days to 7 days before arrival = deposit of ca. 30% will be kept
cancellation from 7 days to 0 days before arrival or no show = 70% of the booked price will be charged
International cancellation conditions apply (court of jurisdiction: Bozen/Bolzano).
Accepted forms of payment:
Cash, check, credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, and EuroCard) or Automatic Teller Machine (ATM) card.
Pets: 15,00 per day (without food)
Meals: There are no discounts for booked meals/arrangements not used.

In the event that you are late in arriving for your hotel stay, can't come at all, or are forced to depart prematurely, the relevant E.U. norms allow cancellation fees to be charged. In order to protect you from any penalty fees or charges, we recommend that you obtain this travel cancellation insurance. The "Europäische Reiseversicherung" will then cover these charges for you.
